Rachel Goodman, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Rachel Goodman, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in surgical and aesthetic dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, NY, graduating with Sigma Theta Tau honors.
She began her nursing career in New York, working through the COVID-19 pandemic before transitioning to Duke University Hospital, where she specialized in perioperative care and discovered a love for wound management and plastic surgery.
While advancing her clinical expertise, Rachel became a travel nurse ard pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT, graduating with honors as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Passionate about cosmetic dermatology, she has completed advanced training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and is proficient in Botox, dermal fillers, TMJ and orofacial pain management, and trigger point therapy for pain relief.
Beyond her work in dermatology, Rachel loves to explore new places and has traveled to over 15 countries. She also enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. She is excited to bring her expertise and passion for aesthetic and medical dermatology to Preston Dermatology.

Victoria Alexander, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Victoria is a native of North Carolina, having lived in Charlotte for almost 25 years. She went to UNC-Chapel Hill for undergrad, and finished in 2014 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and a minor in Chemistry. I then went on to Wingate University to graduate with my Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Students in December 2021. I do have a background in Women's Health and Urgent Care, prior to starting my career in Dermatology.
In her free time, she loves to hang out with family and friends, try new restaurants, go to Pilates class and travel.
Why I love being a part of Preston Dermatology:
I really enjoy practicing in Dermatology and performing procedures, along with providing education to my patients and building a rapport with them!

Alexandra Hryniewicki, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Alexandra Hryniewicki has Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Psychology from The University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, FL, Alexandra is eager to contribute to improved health outcomes by addressing the diverse needs of disenfranchised populations to enhance overall well-being.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling around the world, trying new foods, and working out.

Mike Ross, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Michael Ross, originally from the Chicagoland area is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. He believes in empowering patients by educating them about their conditions and treatment options.
His approach emphasizes understanding of skincare, integrating medical expertise with empathy and understanding.
