We can accept returns for new, unused, and unopened products only.  Your return must be made within 30 days of your date of purchase. You are responsible for paying return shipping.  You must email frontdesk@prestondermatology before returning your item to receive a “return merchandise authorization” number (RMA).  You must also write your RMA number on the outside of the package you use to return the product(s).

Your items will be sent by USPS Priority Mail.  Products generally ship within 48 business hours of order receipt.  Transit time is typically one to three business days, depending on your location.  We currently only ship to locations in the United States.
